We work two types of storm damage leads to fit our customers needs.
· Soft Leads (Non-Confirm damage leads) $85.00 per lead.
Soft leads are recommended for General Contractors that can offer homeowners roofing as well as other services like gutters, siding, structural work, interior work, add-ons, garage conversions, electrical work, painting, plumbing etc…It’s a great way to introduce your company to homeowners for future references.
· Hard Leads (Confirmed damage leads) $135.00 per lead.
Hard leads are recommended for companies that only provide roofing services, these leads still get you on the property with the homeowner’s consent. It’s also a great way to introduce your company to homeowners for future references. There will be damage confirmed or a very good possibility of damage, if there is no damage at inspection the lead will be replaced.
At Top Lead Services, with all our storm leads we guarantee the following:
· Homeowner Present
· Fully verified
· Insured/out of pocket/financing-(your choice)
· Single Family Home
· Exclusive to your company
· In your area of choice
· Your choice of roof type
Roof Age:
SOFT LEADS-
· 3 years or older, unless confirmed damage or in recent storm path
HARD LEADS
· 7 years or older, unless confirmed damage or in recent storm path
· Credit if homeowner not present
We guarantee you will meet with the homeowner on the date and time previously set with the homeowner for a roof inspection, whether the homeowner signs with you or not, that is not part of our guarantee.
NOTE:
SOFT LEADS (NON-CONFIRMED DAMAGE)
If the inspection is not performed because the homeowner was not present for the inspection or the homeowner canceled at the time of inspection, you must provide results by responding to the lead email within 2-3 days from the inspection date (we will follow up on the lead and replace it if necessary) otherwise the lead will be considered as good and chargeable.
HARD LEADS (CONFIRMED DAMAGE)
If the inspection is not performed because the homeowner was not present for the inspection, the homeowner canceled at the time of inspection or if no damage was found at the time inspection, you must provide results by responding to the lead email within 2-3 days from the inspection date (we will follow up on the lead and replace it if necessary) otherwise the lead will be considered as good and chargeable.
SOLAR ENERGY LEADS
If a Solar Energy Proposal is not provided because the homeowner was not present for the Solar Energy Proposal or the homeowner canceled at the time of Solar Energy Proposal, you must provide results by responding to the lead email within 2-3 days from the Solar Energy Proposal date (we will follow up on the lead and replace it if necessary) otherwise the lead will be considered as good and chargeable.
2IN1 SOFT ROOF/SOLAR LEADS
If a Solar Energy Proposal is not provided or the Roof Inspection is not or performed because the homeowner was not present for the Solar Energy Proposal and or Roof Inspection or the homeowner canceled at the time of the Solar Energy Proposal and or Roof Inspection, you must provide results by responding to the lead email within 2-3 days from the Solar Energy Proposal and or Roof Inspection date (we will follow up on the lead and replace it if necessary) otherwise the lead will be considered as good and chargeable.
- REMINDER: If an Inspection/Proposal is set around your requested schedule and you don’t show up for the Inspection/Proposal, it’s up to you to try and reschedule with the homeowner. That lead is good and chargeable.
- REMEMBER: The homeowner is expecting you to be at their home on the date and time set for the Inspection/Proposal. We recommend that you call the homeowner before the inspection date and time if for some reason you will not be able to make the Inspection/Proposal (bad weather or company meeting etc…) and reschedule with the homeowner.
- DO NOT CALL BEFORE GOING TO THE INSPECTION / PROPOSAL -If you show up and the homeowners are not home or they don’t answer the door for the Inspection/Proposal, then try calling them to the phone numbers we have provided on the Inspection/Proposal form, don’t call the homeowners before going out to the Inspection/Proposal, many homeowners will take this as a way out and cancel the Inspection/Proposal. If a homeowner requests a call before you go out to the Inspection/Proposal. This will be included in our Inspection/Proposal notes on the form we send you.
